IT RUNS!  After figuring out that I needed to override the VATS (Vehicle Anti-Theft System) with a small $20 part from Ebay, and cleaning out all the injectors, it fired right up and runs like a dream!  Electronics are all hooked up.  The car moves on its own.  The clutch line and such are hooked up, suspension is set, wheels and tires are on.  Just a few small things and a new rear caliper and its ready for a test run!  Bottom interesting comparison Yokohama 255's are the same as Hooiser 245's in width.
