Beginning of the project, pulling out the 15 year old 150k+ mile KA24DE.  No more truck motor for the Altima.  Since it was getting sick the decision was made to just pull it.  And replace it with a JDM SR20DET out of a GTiR, Bluebird, or Avenier.  Should make between 200-250hp and will get a 5-speed manual in place of the existing automatic.
